As the cost of investigations and immunisations may be subject to change without notice, please check the most up-to-date prices with our receptionists when booking your appointment.
Please note that when booking a GP, Nurse or Travel Clinic appointment you may be required to leave a deposit to guarantee your appointment. If you are doing this over the telephone we will ask you for your credit or debit card details. This deposit will usually be to reserve an extended doctor consultation of up to 30 minutes, multiple travel clinic appointments or a vaccine which is currently in short supply. We regret we cannot refund deposits if we are given less than 24 hours' notice of appointment cancellations. This is because we will have reserved the doctor or nurse's time and or vaccines solely for your use.
Specialist and Complementary Therapists Fees & Cancellation Policies: When booking these appointments, patients are advised to confirm the fee with the receptionist. Please also note that most specialists and complementary therapists will reserve the right to levy a charge for any missed appointment or late cancellation i.e. within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
