Roux en Y Gastric Bypass & Gastric Band Surgery
The Harrow Health Care Centre is the first GP led UK pre and post bariatric (weight loss surgery) outpatient service.
Our General Practitioners, who are working with TV's "Fat Doctors" surgeons Shaw Somers and Guy Slater and their colleagues at Streamline Surgical, welcome existing and prospective new patients to their central Harrow base, less than 20 minutes by tube and over-ground trains from Central London.
We offer a one-stop outpatients service where pre-assessment and ongoing patient care is provided once patients have been discharged from their hospital.
Gastric Band Adjustments
If you have had weight loss surgery previously elsewhere and are having difficulty obtaining gastric band adjustment appointments for both in-fills and de-fills --- you need look no further. Our GPs have trained with Shaw Somers and will adjust your gastric band for you. Please speak to one of our receptionists on 0208 861 1221 to book an appointment.

Cervical Cancer Protection
The Harrow Health Care Centre is pleased to offer both Cervarix and Gardasil. All cervical cancers are caused by Human Papilloma Virus and both of these vaccines offer protection against those strains of Human Papilloma Virus which cause 70% of the cancers. Flu Vaccinations
Every winter many days are lost both at work and play through flu. Whilst flu is not usually dangerous for most healthy people, it is certainly miserable both for the patient and their family! Hay Fever
The Harrow Health Care Centre is delighted to offer patients Grazax - a once a day tablet which is dissolved under the tongue. Sexual Health
We offer a range of confidential, discrete and professional sexual health screenings at the Harrow Health Care Centre. These are undertaken by your choice of either a male or female doctor.
