Private
GP Consultations
We have a team of six GPs, three of whom are Partners and three Associate Doctors. A standard consultation is 15 minutes. This is appropriate for minor illnesses, such as sore throats, fevers or sudden infections. We recommend booking a longer consultation for up to 30 minutes for more complex problems.
We welcome the presence of a friend or family member at your consultation, who can also act as a chaperone if you wish.
All private GP services must now be registered with the Healthcare Commission and produce a Patient Guide. The Harrow Health Care Centre's Patient Guide includes details of our Complaints Policy and is available upon request.
We embrace the Healthcare Commission's and the NHS NSF standards for the care of children and all our staff receive annual training in child protection issues.

Mr. Victor Crow

Snoring is extremely common and can be very disruptive to sufferers and their families. Sleep apnoea (SA) meanwhile is a more serious condition, although SA patients snore too. The difference is that SA sufferers also periodically stop breathing whilst asleep. Both of these conditions can be treated with high success rates.
Snore-tech is a modern specialist clinic within the Harrow Health Care Centre which specifically deals with the problems of snoring and SA.
It is staffed by Consultants who represent each of the medical specialities which are involved in the treatment of these conditions. The Consultants are all British-trained and are based in local NHS hospitals where they have been dealing with these conditions for several years.
At Snore-Tech, all the latest treatments are available on site and admission to hospital is seldom required. Sophisticated yet comfortable and easily tolerated sleep studies can be carried out at your home to diagnose the problem. A variety of procedures can be offered under local anaesthetic at the Harrow Health Care Centre to cure snoring, as well as mandibular advancement splints and CPAP therapy for those with sleep apnoea.
